Come take a tour of the property to see all your venue options, learn the history, explore the wooded grounds, and get a vision of all the indoor and outdoor possibilities for your event. 

Historic Tour:

Sit down with us to discuss your set date, which venues are the best for you, connect with a specialty team of wedding coordinators, and brainstorm/consult what selection of vendors is perfect for you! 

Event Consultation:

Once your event is on our calendar, we will plan out the times to coordinate all the aspects of the event to bring it perfectly together. Four weeks out from the event date, we will ask for you to meet with the event coordinator/manager for any decisions that need to be made. The event manager will then do the heavy lifting for the last push to bring your event together.

Whether you prefer sweet tea, hot tea, or a latte, it’s your time to take a step back and enjoy. While our team works to bring your vision to life, it’s your time to take a rest, grab your favorite beverage, and watch the magic unfold!

The Cottages on Mergendollar rental rates are available upon request. You can contact us through the “Contact Us” link or via email at info@maergendollar.net. Please note that prices quoted at the initial tour are only valid for 30 days.

What are the venue rental rates?

The Cottages on Mergendollar requires that all events have a professional coordinator. You have the option to add one of our month of coordinators to your package (highly recommend), or you can hire an outside coordinator. This would be a separate fee. 

Does The Cottages on Mergendollar provide a wedding director/coordinator?

Yes. We have multiple outdoor locations as well as an indoor building for brides to choose from for their perfect ceremony location.

Can The Cottages on Mergendollar be used for both the ceremony and reception?

The Cottages on Mergendollar is thoroughly cleaned before and after every wedding/event. The Cottages on Mergendollar will always be checked for cleanliness before your event. We also cut the lawn the week of your event and blow any leaves, grass cuttings, or other debris off pathways and porches the day of your event.
